By using PayStreem, you agree to these terms
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PayStreem (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. User Accounts
Account Creation: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep such information up to date.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
Account Types: PayStreem offers three account types: Fan, Artist, and Sponsor, each with specific features, rights, and responsibilities.
3. Service Description
PayStreem is a music streaming platform that connects artists with sponsors through a pay-per-stream model.
Artists may upload original music, pitch tracks to sponsors, and earn revenue from valid streams.
Sponsors may fund artist tracks and support talent through sponsorship payments.
Fans may stream music and engage with artists on the platform.
4. Payment Terms
Valid Streams: A valid stream requires a logged-in fan to listen to a track for a minimum of 30 seconds.
Stream Limits: Fans are limited to fifty (50) valid streams per day and one (1) valid stream per track within a 24-hour period.
Payouts: Artists must successfully complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before requesting withdrawals.
Sponsorship: Sponsors must maintain sufficient wallet balances to cover sponsored stream payments.
5. Content Guidelines
Users may only upload content that they own or for which they have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions.
Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
- Copyrighted material uploaded without authorization
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Hate speech, unlawful, or abusive material
- Explicit content without proper labeling
PayStreem reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these guidelines or applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property & User Content License
Ownership: Artists retain full ownership of all music and content they upload to PayStreem.
License Grant: By uploading or submitting content to PayStreem, you represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to upload, stream, distribute, and monetize such content.
You hereby grant PayStreem a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, stream, distribute, publicly perform, display, and promote your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and marketing the PayStreem platform.
PayStreem does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content.
7. Copyright Infringement & Takedown Policy
PayStreem respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
If you believe that content available on PayStreem infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to legal@paystreem.com containing sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing material.
PayStreem will promptly investigate and remove infringing content where appropriate. Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
- Manipulating stream counts
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass platform limits
- Using automated systems or bots to generate streams
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activity
Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of accounts.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PayStreem, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Content you upload
- Your violation of these Terms
- Any infringement of third-party rights
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayStreem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
PayStreem reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
